Private Party Policy
We travel within 15 miles of Vintage Vino & Espresso (24081 SE 264th St, Maple Valley, WA 98038)
A link for to order will be sent out approximately 3-4 weeks before the party date.
The host is responsible for promoting the party and communicating with their guests. We are happy to answer any questions during the order period before the party.
Coffee Convo Craft will invoice guests directly. We will follow up the day before the party and will ask the host's assistance to contact any guests that have not yet paid.
Minimum of 9 people. If the party does not meet the minimum of 9 people, a $30 fee will apply for the difference in people missing to make up the minimum of 9. For example, if 8 people are signed up for the party, a $30 fee applies, if 7 people are signed up, a $60 fee applies, etc. You can also purchase additional signs to get up to the minimum of 9 to avoid the fee.
If there are 13 or more signs at your party, the host will receive $30 credit to apply to their sign.
The deadline to order is one week before the party.
Day of the Party
We will arrive approximately 30 minutes before the start of the party to set up.
Please ensure there is a parking spot in the driveway so we can unload supplies.
Please have tables set up - borrow tables from friends and neighbors if need be.
We will provide plastic table covers.
Please place a garbage can out to use during the party.
Clean up takes approximately 20-30 minutes.
If a paid guest cannot make it to the party, it is the host's responsibility to contact the guest to find out what colors they would like for their sign. We will help the host and/or other party guests complete the sign for the guest not in attendance. We will not leave the sign unfinished.
If a paid guest is more than 15 minutes late, it is the host's responsibility to contact the guest to find out what colors they would like for their sign so that we can get it started for them. If we don't hear back within 15 minutes, we will select American Walnut and white for the sign.
